Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Window:

At Hush Medspa, we know that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes, appointments need to be adjusted. To ensure we continue providing the best service to all our clients, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Your cooperation helps us accommodate everyone effectively!

Late cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows:

We completely understand that things come up! If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a $100 cancellation fee.

 

Delays or Running Late:

We completely understand that delays happen! However, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure we stay on track for all of our clients. Please note that any lost time due to a late arrival cannot be added to your appointment. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to providing you with the best care possible!
